I hate asking for money, John. Believe me, I know you have better things to do than read these emails. But can I explain? 

Campaigns cost money. A lot of money. I wish they didn’t, but this is what we’re working with. That’s even more true when my opponent, John James, is getting bankrolled by Betsy DeVos, the Koch Brothers, and even the Trumps – assuming those last checks actually clear.

If we want to end the do-nothing extremist Congress and safeguard against a pushover for a Trump presidency, then we have to take back the House. And among all House races, MI-10 is the most competitive in our state, the one we need to end the MAGA government. Plain and simple.
