Many other campaigns would usually spend these next two days of the quarter scrabbling to raise a couple thousand dollars to hit a fundraising goal.

They would have to establish urgency, sometimes, sadly, it's artificial urgency. We won't do that, because...

As of last night, we did it!

We hit our goal.

Today, I'm sending you my deep gratitude and asking you to help us move my campaign into the stratosphere, if you're able.

Long ago, I committed my team to running an honest campaign. I refuse to create artificial urgency about our financial goals to entice donors. It's just not my style.

The truth is, last night, we hit our monthly and quarterly goal. We crushed it, again. I'm very proud of my team.

So, today, I'm extending our gratitude to you for your generosity, loyalty and support. Our campaign is 100% fueled by grassroots donations from everyday people who are eager for change, pitching in what they can.

I'm also asking for your help putting us over the top before April 1st so we can get a head start on Q2. We're trying to commit every dollar to defeating MAGA extremism in our rural communities.

I will continue campaigning on the issues: Medicare for All, a labor revolution, family-sustaining wages, public education, environmental protection, energy independence, defending women's rights, and an ethical foreign policy.

While doing that, we need to show strength in the primary and get ready to fight to win this fall. We need to save for TV ads.

We need to fund a robust door-to-door field program, which requires my team to nearly double our goals for Q2. 

So, we need a head start.
