REAL RESULTS: Elise Delivers for NY-21

This week, Elise announced that the Air Force Research Lab, known locally as Rome Lab and located on the Griffiss Business and Technology Park, will receive more than $415 million in funding in Fiscal Year 2024. The funding represents a historic allocation for the lab and its critical mission — which involves work in high-tech surveillance, reconnaissance, quantum information science, and intelligence. Elise said:

“I am proud to announce that I secured over $415 million in defense spending for the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory in the City of Rome through this year’s appropriations process. This funding includes a $25 million investment in the Air Force Research Lab’s annual Future Flag testing and evaluation exercise, which is conducted in Lewis, NY, to ensure our service members have access to the best technology possible,”

Elise Stands with Swanton Sector Border Agents

On Sunday, Elise spoke out in support of Swanton Sector Border Patrol agents who are facing an ongoing influx of illegal immigrants crossing the northern border. In the first four months of the fiscal year, there were over 4,772 apprehensions at our northern border, a 114% increase from the first quarter of FY2023.

“The Biden Border Crisis has led to unprecedented illegal crossings on BOTH the Northern and Southern Borders.

Thank you to our Border Patrol Agents including those defending the Swanton Sector in NY-21 for enduring incredible hardships to keep our communities safe despite a lack of support from Joe Biden.”

Border Patrol agents along the Canadian border are well on track to surpass the record-high number of illegal immigrant arrests made last year. This week, Elise and her colleagues in the Northern Border Security Caucus were among 22 lawmakers who sent the Biden administration a letter flagging the alarming trend for the Department of Homeland Security and demanding answers about plans to address it.

Elise Bashes Joe Biden's Border Crisis

Last week, after horrific videos from El Paso showed Texas National Guard soldiers being overrun by illegal migrants invading the country, Elise spoke out on X, bashing Biden’s Border Crisis. Elise stated –

“The United States of America is being invaded by illegal immigrants from every part of the world.

American voters know that Joe Biden is to blame.”

According to Newsmax, Biden’s horrific border disaster continues to pose a threat to U.S. national security. The U.S. Border Patrol Chief recently said terrorists may be among migrants and attempting to exploit the term "asylum seeker.” Elise said on X:

“The Biden Administration is letting smugglers “dictate what the flow is going to look like” at the border, leaving our communities vulnerable to terrorist attacks.”

Elise Highlights President Trump’s Mounting Victories

In the month of March, President Trump overcame adversity and scored five significant victories including officially clinching the GOP nomination, helping endorsed candidate Bernie Moreno win the Ohio Republican Senate primary, completing a successful Truth Social merger, and picking up wins in the Far Left’s sham lawfare cases.

Chairwoman Elise Stefanik told Breitbart on Monday:

“President Trump is racking up the daily wins, which will culminate in his win this November to save America. And America and the world surely need it. Trump continues to effectively dominate 2024 as he barrels towards a victory with stronger and stronger polls against Joe Biden, who can barely get through the day.”

Elise Calls Out Communist China

This week, the Justice Department indicted seven Chinese nationals for allegedly hacking into critical U.S. networks and targeting U.S. political figures, journalists, and members of the British Parliament. As a senior member of the House Armed Services Committee, Elise has long fought to strengthen U.S. national defense and cybersecurity.

Elise told Politico Tuesday:

“China continues to openly assault America’s critical infrastructure fearing no repercussions and lying in wait for an all-out cyberwar, presenting one of the most alarming and pressing national security threats. The CCP will stop at nothing to undermine our democracy and America needs strong leadership to stand against the threat of Communist China.”
