Hi, it’s Brian Tyler Cohen. I want to talk about the battle between facts and lies, but first: Will you chip in $10 to Jon Tester’s campaign to help reelect one of our most effective senators?

When you work as a political commentator, you deal with a lot of noise. Politics is full of spin, loud headlines, and talking points. But when you do this work for long enough, you learn the difference between people who talk, and people who deliver.

Here’s the truth, John. Jon Tester delivers.

Historic investments in American infrastructure and manufacturing. Passing the PACT Act to expand veterans’ health benefits. Reining in prescription drug costs. Senator Tester’s record speaks for itself.

Here’s another truth, John. Republicans know Jon Tester has the facts on his side, so they’ll resort to lies to beat him. They have no achievements of their own, so they’ll lie about him and his record to try to turn him into something he’s not. We can’t let that happen.

That’s why I’m asking for your help today. It’s clear that Montana is the #1 target for Republicans and in fact, Mitch McConnell’s super PAC has already reserved nearly $50 million to fill the airwaves with attack ads and flip Jon’s seat. The Senate majority runs right through Montana, so we can’t wait another moment to act.

Please, John, I’m counting on you. Will you chip in $10 to combat the GOP’s lies and reelect Jon Tester? It’s important!
