PLANNED PARENTHOOD
On Tuesday, the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments in the case that could turn back the clock on access to mifepristone, one of two medicines commonly used for medication abortion. That same day, thousands of people showed up to rally for our rights as Planned Parenthood and partners delivered a petition right to the front steps of the Supreme Court.

More than 130,000 supporters like you signed their names, demanding that mifepristone remain accessible and available to anyone who needs it.

In the long and challenging fight for reproductive rights, this is no small feat. With support from passionate advocates like you, we showed the Supreme Court here and now: We are not backing down in this fight.

I refuse to let my daughter grow up in a world where she has no control over her body. I will come back here and fight every damn day of my life to make sure she has that right.”

No matter what the court decides, this movement must keep up the fight for our fundamental freedoms."

Remember: Mifepristone is a safe, common, and FDA-approved medicine. While this court case continues, mifepristone remains available in states where abortion is legal. More information about accessing mifepristone is available here.

The Supreme Court will decide this case before its term ends at the end of June. If the Supreme Court does not reject this effort to restrict abortion access, mifepristone availability could be curbed even in states where abortion is legal.

Thank you for all you do to support reproductive health and rights. We'll be sure to keep you in the know as this case progresses.

Thank you,
Planned Parenthood
