I need to know if there's anything I can say that'd convince you to chip in $5 ahead of my first end-of-quarter deadline of the election year coming up tomorrow at midnight.

If you knew your $5 could save the last line of defense against a nationwide ban on abortion and family planning care, wouldn't it be the best $5 you ever spent?

If you knew that your $5 gift would protect a Senate Democratic majority so me and my colleagues can deliver bold changes on the issues facing working families like making child care affordable and lowering health care costs, would you invest?

If you knew your $5 may be the deciding factor in whether GOP extremists take back Senate control, could you bear to part with it?

I only ask because saving our Senate majority will come down to resources – and right now, I'm falling 16% short of my $50,000 end-of-quarter goal.

It may not seem like much, but if just half the people reading this pitched in $5 or more before tomorrow's midnight deadline, it'd be enough to kick us over the edge and power the fight to save our majority.

So how about it, friend? Will you rush $5 to save my end-of-quarter goal and our razor-thin blue majority by tomorrow's deadline?
