An update from Elissa Slotkin's U.S. Senate race in Michigan. We've got some good news and some bad news.

First, the good news: we have more individual donations this FEC fundraising quarter than any other quarter since we launched our campaign a year ago. We're very proud of that support.

Now, the bad news: our average donation is about $13 less per donation than it was in the last quarter. And with some pretty important goals to reach, that part is not great.

So if we are going to reach our goals and have the resources to win this race, we need one of two things to happen: either we need A LOT more donations, or we need people to give slightly larger amounts if they can.


Normally we ask people who haven't donated online to contribute three dollars to our campaign -- but today we're asking donors to give just a bit more. It'd mean the world to us.

Can you PLEASE use this link to contribute before our FEC fundraising deadline comes to a close in just a few days? I would not ask if it was not so important.
