Wishing all who are celebrating Holy Week a blessed Good Friday today and happy Easter as we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus.

On Vietnam Veterans Day, we remember the service, sacrifice and heroism of Americans who served in the Vietnam War and that many did not receive appreciation they deserved upon return.

My team has proudly pinned nearly 70 Vietnam era veterans and spouses. If you are or know of a CA-40 Vietnam era veteran or spouse who would like to be recognized, learn more below.

THANK YOU AND WELCOME HOME!

Supporting moms, babies, and families is personal to me.

In FY24 Appropriations bills, I secured resources for the:

  • Stillbirth Working Group
  • Maternal Mental Health Hotline
  • Midwifery training
  • and more.

I'll keep fighting as Maternity Care Caucus co-chair to uplift women.
