He introduced the Corporations Are Not People Amendment that would overturn the disastrous Citizens United decision and allow Congress to regulate the campaign finance system. And on top of being one of the most accountable members of Congress, he fights for voting rights and reintroduced the Freedom to Vote Act in 2021.
