John,
Normally, Victory Fund and our community would gather for our National Brunch during this April weekend. But right now, there will be no stage, no podium or set brunch menu. However, that will not stop the Victory Fund family from coming together and celebrating LGBTQ political power! Join us this Sunday at 12:00 pm ET as we launch our inaugural Social Sunday virtual event series on Facebook Live! [[link removed]]

This week’s emcee – Pennsylvania state Representative Brian Sims – will start us off with a quick primer on making his favorite brunch cocktail. But then he will jump into the homes of Victory Fund President & CEO Mayor Annise Parker and U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin to hear about life under quarantine and how LGBTQ candidates and elected officials are responding in these unprecedented times. We also promise an insider secret or two from these outstanding LGBTQ leaders.
Social Sunday will bring you closer (but still at least six feet apart) to our amazing elected officials, LGBTQ candidates and thought leaders during the current crisis. You’ll learn about Victory Fund’s current work, candidates’ races and the elected officials on the front lines. So make yourself a healthy (or not) breakfast, grab a coffee (or mimosa), and join us for our Sunday Social virtual brunch! RSVP to receive call information and submit a question for one of our featured participants – they might just answer it live! [[link removed]]
With more LGBTQ people running for office than ever before and Victory Fund endorsing more candidates than at any time in our 29-year history, we remain focused on this historic election cycle and changing the face of government. We know that many are facing tough times, and we appreciate you staying engaged with our work to elect LGBTQ candidates across the country.
Though there is no cost to participate, if you are able, please consider a contribution by purchasing a virtual ticket to the Social Sunday event. We truly do need your help more than ever. [[link removed]]

LGBTQ Victory Fund has helped thousands of openly LGBTQ candidates win elections up and down the ballot, from sea to shining sea since our founding in 1991. We believe representation is power – so we elected U.S. Senators Tammy Baldwin and Kyrsten Sinema, Governors Jared Polis and Kate Brown, all seven LGBTQ members of U.S. Congress and countless candidates for state and local government, including Virginia Delegate Danica Roem, Colorado state Representative Leslie Herod and Pennsylvania Assemblymember Brian Sims. And with an unprecedented number of LGBTQ people running for office in this year, we’ll need your support to make 2020 the next Rainbow Wave. This email was sent to [email protected].
