AIPAC is one of the most formidable dark-money groups active in U.S. politics. According to Open Secrets, they spent $18 million in the 2022 cycle to prop up and elect extremist Republicans and conservatives-disguised-as-Democrats. And with more than 7 months left in the 2024 cycle, that number has already jumped to $26 million.1
But all of it pales in comparison to the $100 million they’ve pledged to spend to defeat Squad members and WFP champions like Jamaal Bowman, Summer Lee, Cori Bush, and more.
Like other right-wing dark money groups, AIPAC believes they can take money from Republican megadonors and use it to drown out our voices. And if we don’t take their threat seriously, we might prove them right.

Over the past several years, we have fought tooth and nail to grow the progressive bench in Congress and elect working-class champions to office, all while blocking the authoritarian threat from MAGA and the right.
