Meeting Sunday’s end-of-quarter fundraising goal is key to filing strong public fundraising numbers and proving we have what it takes to stand up to Martin’s self-funding challenger. We’ve seen the power of this grassroots team before. You’ve helped elect more than 100 candidates at every level of government, in New Mexico and across the country, since 2020. We beat the odds with our best midterm performance in a Democratic presidency since FDR when we protected and expanded our Democratic Senate Majority in 2022. We can make history again this November by defending Martin’s seat from his multi-millionaire challenger.

But Mitch McConnell handpicked Martin’s opponent as part of his strategy to have self-funding ultra-wealthy essentially try to buy key Senate seats and the majority along with it. We need to prepare for GOP mega-donors to look closely at our fundraising report. If our fundraising report doesn’t stack up against our challenger’s, they’ll inevitably start flooding New Mexico with misleading attack ads and mailers.
