Extreme weather is here, and the San Francisco Peninsula is on the frontline of climate change as we anticipate sea level rise.

During my first term in Congress, I am focusing on legislation to create climate resilience funding as well as home weatherization programs for lower-income homeowners, so that they may access federal resources to protect their home from the impacts of floods, fire, storms, and more.
