Applications are open now for the first round of funding, which will be available through May 15. Apply at any time within that time frame. The simple application will take 15–30 minutes to complete. Panels will review applications weekly and we will notify you within 10 business days about the status of your application.

For Individuals
Grant funds are available for cultural workers who have suffered financial hardship from the COVID-19 outbreak or have an innovative idea that shows promise in supporting other King County residents. To apply, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Individual who can demonstrate current and ongoing work in the fields of arts, heritage, preservation, or public art.
- Full-time resident of King County, Washington.
- At least 18 years old.
- Not enrolled in any degree-seeking program.

For Organizations
To apply, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Nonprofit organization or public development authority with a primary mission related to one or more of 4Culture’s funding areas: arts, heritage, and preservation.
- Minimum 2-year record of programming or activity.
- Located in and serving King County, Washington.
- Demonstrate a direct financial impact from the outbreak of the COVID 19 virus.
