Here’s a brief update on our aid
delivery into Gaza:

Our teams loaded 1,300 food kits onto a Jordanian Air Force Cargo Plane en
route to Al-Arish, Egypt.

The food kits traveled more than 150 miles and were loaded onto trucks to
be driven across the Rafah border into Gaza. They contain ready-to-eat
foods including dried fruits, olive oil, and canned vegetables, beans, and
meat.

The trucks were cleared to enter southern Gaza and successfully delivered
to people in need. While this operation will make a meaningful difference
to the 1,300 families who receive them, it is just a small drop in the
ocean of need — half of the population is now facing starvation.
Only a sustained ceasefire and an end to the siege coupled with the
massive scale-up of humanitarian aid can prevent continued civilian death
and destruction in Gaza. Until then, we’ll continue to use our voice,
experience, resourcefulness, and partnerships to find ways to deliver
relief — and peace.
