John, I’m the granddaughter of Jewish immigrants and the daughter of a World War II veteran. I was taught the values of hard work, determination, and persistence from a young age.

I carried these values with me when I was working as a cocktail waitress at Caesars Palace to help pay for college and, later, when I was a computer programmer in a male-dominated field. Today, I carry these values with me as I work in the U.S. Senate.

Though my path to serving in Congress was anything but traditional, my unique experiences have made me especially committed to fighting for real progress for working families in Nevada and across the country. But right now, I need your help.

As the most vulnerable Democratic woman in the Senate, the GOP has made me a top target for defeat – in the race that experts predict could decide Senate control. Now, dark-money groups like the Koch network are pouring money into Nevada to flip it red, and I can't fight back without your immediate grassroots support.

That’s why I'm humbly asking for your support: Will you please give $5 or more now to keep Nevada and the Senate blue?
