Alley Cat Allies Sues the U.S. National Park Service to Save Puerto Rico Cats
In a historic action, Alley Cat Allies filed a lawsuit against the U.S. National Park Service to stop its plan to eradicate community cats in Puerto Rico.

For generations, community cats have lived in peace along the rocky shores of San Juan’s scenic Paseo Del Morro. They are adored by locals and tourists alike and are woven into the fabric of Puerto Rican culture. Now they face a deadly threat from the NPS, which is determined to remove the cats from their natural outdoor homes and community, including by lethal means.

Alley Cat Allies will not stand by and watch it happen.

Babylon, New York: Do Not Ban Feeding Community Cats
We're urging the village of Babylon, New York, to reject a proposed feeding ban against community cats. Feeding bans are cruel, ineffective, and penalize compassionate people spending their time, money, and energy to improve the lives of cats and their community.

Seeking Justice for Igor, Kitten Victim of Cruelty
Igor, an 8-month-old kitten, was found immobile and distressed in a pool of bleach allegedly poured by an Ohio resident to drive cats away. But what is clear cruelty is being muddled by insistence that Igor must be someone’s pet to receive justice.

We are speaking out for Igor >

We're so happy to see Reina off on her next big journey. THANK YOU for making it possible to save her life!
