My organization, the National Constitutional Law Union, has been fighting for
these Americans on shoestring budgets for years while facing the unstoppable
Goliath, the Department of Justice.

Biden's DOJ is making us fight every step of the way. They refuse to produce
discovery and the 302s of the FBI's interviews related to Rebecca's case. A 302
is a form used by the FBI to summarize an interview, and since they don't
record interviews to protect themselves, the 302 is a key piece of evidence
needed to vindicate my client.

And the DOJ and FBI do this regularly, requiring me to ask a judge to compel
them to produce evidence that should have been handed over before trial.

Why do they do this?

To wear me out. The more filings and hearings needed to defend these
Americans add to the expense and time. We have limited resources, and as you
know, our Department of Justice has no limit to what it's willing to spend to
imprison any American who stepped foot on Capital grounds on January 6th.

Rebecca Lavrenz did no harm and is a victim of Biden's zealous mission to
send one message to the American people. That message is this: "NEVER stand up
to your government!"
