There is an urgent need, John. We have a goal to raise $114,000 to fund our Transitional Services that support and empower survivors of trafficking as they enter adulthood. Currently, we’re at 87% of that goal for needed funds, and we only have 3 days to make this happen. Will you please step in and make a difference? www.love146.org/ts24

When the media talks about child trafficking, there’s so much emphasis on the initial law enforcement operations – when a child is removed from immediate danger. It’s dramatic and easily grabs attention.

But then, the long hard work of recovery begins. That includes counseling, safety planning, re-engaging in school, and more.

Their needs don’t end when they turn 18. In fact, for some of these children - such as those aging out of the child welfare system - their needs only increase. So, what happens when a child gets older and ages out of systems and services? Here at Love146, they won’t age out, because we never close a case. In fact, in listening to these youth, Love146 developed our Transitional Services to better serve the unique needs of this population.

Through our Transitional Services, we’re now better able to support youth in seeking employment, post-secondary education, and housing as they build lives toward economic independence and reduce their risk for re-exploitation.

But, it takes resources to make this happen— and right now, we’re raising critical funds for exactly that. We need your help John. Will you please pitch in to help us raise the remaining $14,326 we need to reach our goal? Tap here to give: www.love146.org/ts24
