The Florida Supreme Court has until Monday, April 1 to rule on whether our amendment to enshrine abortion in the constitution will be allowed on the ballot. Since they release rulings on Thursdays, and today is the last Thursday of the month, we were expecting a ruling today.
There was no ruling issued.
This means one of two things. Either they plan to issue a surprise ruling on April 1, or they’ll ignore the case altogether and not issue a ruling at all.
The good news is that if they don’t rule, we are automatically on the ballot.
The next four days are crucial, John. We’re working overtime to raise the funding needed to spring into action the second we get a decision (or a non-decision) and we need your help. Can you chip in any amount you can spare to help us get ready for the fight? [[link removed]]
