Ahhh, spring break. There’s nothing quite like trading in packed schedules and busy minds for a few days by the pool, sipping a cold beer someplace warm and sunny (or a piña colada, if that’s more your speed).
House Republicans know that feeling well. In fact, they’re currently enjoying an extended all-expenses-paid vacation from responsibility – covered by our tax dollars.
What I mean is that House Republicans are supposedly in charge of the House; but they’re so busy forming cliques and launching coups that their own Speaker can’t rely on them to pass legislation.
Unsurprisingly, House Democrats are left to pick up the slack.
The Wall Street Journal: House Speaker Mike Johnson is “dependent on Democrats to pass major legislation.”
NBC News: “…one of the major parties on Capitol Hill is focused on constructive policymaking, and it’s clearly not the GOP.”
They clearly don’t want to govern, so let’s make sure they don’t have to. That starts with winning back the House majority for Democrats and sending the GOP packing. Will you pitch in $25 to the House Republican Permanent Vacation Fund right away? It’s for a very good cause. [[link removed]]

Let’s send the MAGA Majority packing.
