The landmark decision to overturn Roe v. Wade has emboldened Republican led-states to severely restrict access to abortion, undermining decades of progress toward reproductive autonomy.

Now, another case looms before the Supreme Court, threatening to further erode access to essential healthcare. The case against mifepristone, an FDA-approved medication used in over half of all abortion procedures, is not just an attack on reproductive rights but an unprecedented challenge to the FDA’s regulatory authority.

If conservative jurists get their way, mifepristone and a wide range of other medications could become unavailable. And with the upcoming presidential election, the prospect of a Trump-led administration appointing more radical judges looms large.

It’s crucial we rally together and build up our momentum to flip the House in November. As the chair of BOLD PAC, the campaign arm of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, I’m working to make that a reality, but I can’t do it without you.
