Hey friend -
Standing on the podium, in front of the hundreds who gathered outside the Supreme Court in DC on Tuesday, I felt déjà vu. How many times have I stood outside the Supreme Court in the last decade fighting for access to abortion without barriers? The same extremists that made abortion illegal in almost half the country will not stop there.
Friend, can I count on you to invest in the power of the young people fighting to defend abortion access? [[link removed]]

Two years ago, our federal right to abortion was taken away. This week, behind a farce of a court case, these extremists came for Mifepristone, the safest, most effective and widely available option to end a pregnancy. A pill that is backed by 20 years of scientific and medical evidence. We don’t know the decision of the court, but we know we cannot bet our lives on the skepticism of the justices. Friend, the people behind this extremist agenda will continue chipping away until they can control everything about our reproductive lives.
We cannot and will not let them do this - not to us, not to our children, not to our country. [[link removed]]
90% of young people support abortion access, according to URGE’s national opinion poll (read more here) [[link removed]] . Together, we will show anti-abortion extremists know what it looks like when the reproductive justice movement fights back. We are taking this fight back to the states. But we need resources to continue doing that. [[link removed]]
SUPPORT THE FIGHT [[link removed]]
Before you click out of this email, I ask for your support. URGE needs to raise $10,000 before the end of March [[link removed]] to fully fund our grassroots base building and mobilizing work in Ohio, Georgia, Texas, and Alabama for Quarter 1. In the states where young people and BIPOC communities are often the determining factor in deciding who leads, the impact of your support is exponential.
Your $5, $10, $15 donation (or whatever you can chip in) will help URGE bring more young people into this work, fuel their power, and solidify wins for reproductive justice. [[link removed]]
And most importantly, it’ll send a loud message to extremist politicians.
Fuel the fight for power and control over our lives, our bodies, and our pregnancies with a gift today:
