This Sunday is our first public fundraising deadline of the election year. It’s our first big opportunity in 2024 to show the Ohio GOP that this grassroots movement has what it takes to re-elect Sherrod Brown and flip the House in November.

We know that out-of-touch Republican politicians in Ohio will do almost anything to protect their own political power so they can pursue their extremist agenda. Their biggest priority is overruling the will of Ohioans and finding a way to ban abortion – they don’t care what tenets of democracy they tear down along the way to get it done, either.

They’re clearly not concerned with helping Ohioans afford healthcare and prescription drugs, supporting Ohio workers, or giving Ohioans a livable wage.

And with national Republicans spending a pretty penny in these races, it’s not going to be an easy fight.

If we want to defeat the GOP at the ballot box in November, we need to make sure we’re in a strong position to reach voters in every corner of Ohio ahead of the election.
