Earlier this year, I emailed you about our successful efforts to gather enough signatures so Floridians could vote on abortion protections in our constitution.
That ballot measure has been held up in the courts for months, and we thought we were going to hear back this morning. Now, the court signaled it's going to push its final decision to the last possible moment: Monday, April 1st.
I've been clear on this: Ron DeSantis' 6-week abortion ban that he signed into law is an unconstitutional breach of our basic rights.
