Thanks for Visiting With Us at SXSW
SXSW

We want to give a huge, Texas-sized thank you to everyone who stopped by the two industry meet-ups we participated in at SXSW, to the folks that stopped by the Texas Economic Development & Tourism booth at the Expo, and to anyone who stopped us to ask a question or tell us about their project. It was an absolute pleasure to be able to meet so many of you and to learn more about all the incredible work being done by Texans from every corner of the state.

Want to meet up with us and let us know all about what "you" have in the works? Click the button below to find out more information on upcoming events and where you might find us next.

Please join us in welcoming the newest member of our TFC Production Department, Production Specialist Alexander (Alex) Payne!

(Yes, we're aware we now have both Robert Rodriguez "and" Alexander Payne on staff and before you ask, yes we are very excited about this development!)

A Texas native, Alex comes to the Texas Film Commission by way of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, where he helped to manage the Nichol Fellowships in Screenwriting and the Gold Fellowship for Women for several years.
