Dear John xxxxxx,
We just got this urgent message:
Hello,
My brother is a seminarian who
attends John Carroll University, a Jesuit university in Cleveland, Ohio, which partners with Borromeo seminary.
He recently noticed drag show posters littering the JCU campus.
Can we please start a petition to end it?
Yes, the petition is ready for everyone to sign: Click to Protest!
The event
is scheduled for the evening of April 5. It is called "Gender as Power and Performance," and it features a faculty panel with four
"doctors" giving LGBTQ agenda talks. It ends with a drag show afterward. Please help us stop this from corrupting not only the general populace of JCU, but also the
seminarians who must go there. Thank you for all you do.

You and I must help these faithful students fight for their Faith.
Because, sadly, the Jesuit-run event leaves no room for God and virtue.
For example:
- Dr. Joe Krivos’ talk is titled:
“Radical embrace: wholistic well-being and drag culture in the queer community.”
- Dr. Malia
McAndrew’s lecture is described in these terms: “There is something chic about women wearing men’s clothes: Lesbian activists as
fashionable women in the fight for queer rights in the United States, 1955–1972.”
- Dr. Dianna
Taylor’s talk will focus on “Drag and the social construction of gender.”
Will you please sign your peaceful protest today?

When Declan Leary was a student at JCU, he
expressed his dismay with the drag show on campus:
“I can’t help but wonder who thought it would be a good idea to hire grown men to
dress up as women on a Catholic campus for the deviant entertainment of misguided young people.
“... not a single person in a position of authority stood up (or at least
stood with sufficient strength) to suggest that perhaps such a flagrant celebration of sexual perversity might just be wrong.
“…it is a scandalous attempt at the
corruption of Catholic youth by the very priests and laypeople charged with their education…. It is time for John Carroll University either to
radically alter its actions and its character, or to admit the obvious and unfortunate truth that it is no longer Christian.”
Enough is enough.

Thank you for fighting the good
fight.
