In a moment, I’m going to ask you to make a contribution toward our first FEC fundraising deadline of 2024 [[link removed]] – but first, I wanted to take a moment to level with you on why it’s so important that we hit our target by the time the quarter ends at midnight on the 31st.
As you might already know, at the end of each quarter, our campaign is required to publicly disclose all of our fundraising data. That means we essentially have to open our bank account and show it to the FEC, who then publishes it for everyone (our opponents, national Republicans, and the media included!) to see for themselves.
Since our district is in Maricopa County – one of the most important swing districts in the whole country – we can be sure that a lot of interested parties will be scouring our report to size up our campaign operation and decide how many resources they want to invest in extremist Republicans up and down the ticket.
The paths to taking back the House, holding the White House, and expanding our Senate Majority all run through our district , so we need to make sure that we’re showing off just how strong this team really is. That starts with crushing this end-of-quarter goal – which my finance team tells me is about $12,000 in grassroots donations.
Can I count on you to help us prove that Maricopa County is ready for November? Every dollar counts! [[link removed]]
