This comes as no surprise. Mark Robinson is one of the most extreme statewide elected Republicans in the country.

He’s pushing for a total ban on abortion – with no exceptions for rape or incest. He’s called educators “wicked people” and “liars.” And he’s touted dangerous conspiracies, claiming the moon landing might be fake and calling a victim of the Parkland shooting a “paid actor.”

North Carolinians deserve a very different future for our state than the one my opponent sees.

As North Carolina’s next governor, I will fight to protect and restore reproductive freedoms and secure our democracy from those who seek to undermine it. I will work to bring down the cost of living for North Carolina’s families. I will push for more school funding so that today’s students are prepared to succeed.
