John, if you’ve been waiting for the right time to give, this is it. We’re 26 days from the primary, 144 days until the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, and just three days from our final pre-primary critical end-of-quarter fundraising deadline. 

That's why we need to keep hitting our targets. With so much going on in the world and in our own lives (how did we all get so busy??) it’s easy to tune politics out. But that’s what our opponents want. It is, quite literally, their strategy – “flooding the airwaves” as Steve Bannon says – to send so much nonsense and vitriol into the media ecosystem that we’d all rather watch something fun on Netflix.
