The ACLJ Life & Liberty Drive Your Donations Tripled

John,

It's outrageous. A federal judge ruled that public prayer is unconstitutional. And we're just 2 days from a MAJOR deadline.

We got the ruling reversed on appeal, but we are right back in court as the case moves to trial. We cannot allow the radical Left to eviscerate prayer from public life.

Atheists and anti-Christian extremists continuously rush to court, claiming to be offended by prayer. They sued over a community prayer vigil that was organized in response to a crime spree. We recently presented oral argument in federal court to defeat these calculated attacks on prayer, and our next deadlines are looming.

Prayer is fundamental. It is your constitutional right. I've been fighting – and WINNING – these cases for decades. We defeated attempts to shut down churches during the pandemic and helped win a critical case at the Supreme Court last year ensuring the right to go to church.

We're ready to fight these cases all the way to the Supreme Court. But to have the resources we need to defend your right to pray in court, we urgently need your support. Have your gift TRIPLED through our limited-time Triple Match. Our deadline is in just about 48 hours, and we're short.

Have Your Gift TRIPLED To Defend Life & Liberty.

Bible studies have been banned in senior living centers. Kids and teachers have even been banned from praying. But as we go to court to defend prayer, take action with us this Holy Week.

Sign Our Petition: Don't Ban Prayer.
