Despite the targeted attacks aimed at keeping women away from the ballot box, we continue to show up year after year with unshakeable determination.

Voter ID laws disproportionately impact women. Did you know that one-third of women lack citizenship documents that identically match their current names — primarily because of name changes after marriage?

Restrictions on early voting limit the ability of parents, caregivers, and shift workers to cast their ballots within the limits of their schedules and personal commitments. And let's not forget the disenfranchisement of Black women living in the South, with states like Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia hard at work suppressing our voting power. 63% of Black women turned out to vote in these states in 2020, and we are the ones who will be most affected by new voter suppression laws.
