Customer Service Survey Deadline Extended!
Please Complete the TDLR Customer Satisfaction Survey
Every other year, Texas agencies are required to deliver their strategic plans to our statewide elected officials. TDLR is currently developing our 2025-2029 Strategic Plan, which includes a survey to poll our customers on how we are doing and where we need improvement.
We?ve extended the deadline for participating in TDLR?s Customer Satisfaction Survey. The survey now will close at 5 p.m. on Friday, April 5. The survey takes 5-10 minutes to complete, and your responses are anonymous.
Your responses make a real difference and will help us chart the course for TDLR?s future. Please take a few minutes today and complete the survey.
Survey results will be posted on TDLR?s 2025-2029 Strategic Planning webpage as soon as they are available.
