This is to inform property owners that the second installment of the 2023-24 Annual Secured Property Taxes becomes delinquent if not paid by Wednesday, April 10, 2024.? To avoid a late payment penalty, we recommend property owners pay their property taxes online [ [link removed] ].? Electronic check (eCheck) payments are easy, available at no cost, and only require bank routing and checking account information.? A new eCheck video, with closed captions in English, Armenian, Chinese, Korean, or Spanish, is available at ttc.lacounty.gov/pay-your-property-taxes [ [link removed] ].? Property owners who are making a payment by mail should ensure the envelope contains a United States Postal Service (USPS) postmark date of Wednesday, April 10, 2024, or prior.?

The attached PRESS RELEASE contains important information regarding payment options, the Department?s office location, and office hours.
