Remember when you and I SHUT DOWN the Cleveland Dept. of Veterans Affairs’ (VA) spine-cutting experiments on dogs?
Well Taxpayer, those evil sons of guns didn’t take no for an answer.
In the dark of night, they ran to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for more tax dollars, grabbed their lab notebooks, and drove three minutes down the road to Case Western Reserve University to resume their horrific dog torture.

Taxpayer, Case Western’s taxpayer-funded white coats have already run TWO rounds of these experiments, brutally slaughtering at least three to eight dogs.
(And that’s just what we know of. We filed a Freedom of Information Act request demanding more information, but as of now, the NIH is refusing to hand over the details of this lab).
But Taxpayer, we have uncovered enough evidence to say with confidence that unless we block their funding before the government deadline, this is what they’ll do to their next batch of helpless victims:
- Spine and throat SLASHED: First, the white coats will puncture holes into the puppy’s throat, shove a tube down it, and sever her small spine. She’ll no longer be able to breathe on her own.
- Electro-shocks and CONVULSIONS: Next, they will implant electrodes onto her spine and shock her every six hours to try and control her breathing. She will be shocked with such high frequency that her entire body will convulse.
- Killing her is CHEAPER: The helpless puppy will be kept alive for five days. Then, the white coats will kill her because keeping her alive is too “high cost and labor-intensive.”
- Your tax bill? $2.76 MILLION since 2018!

Taxpayer, I’m sick to my stomach after writing those bullet points.
I’m even sicker knowing that Case Western’s animal abusers have been running similar, wasteful experiments since at least 2009 – torturing and killing an additional 43 dogs in the process.
