I'm worried, Team.
This week, the conservative Supreme Court heard oral arguments over the abortion drug mifepristone. This is the first abortion-related hearing since SCOTUS overturned Roe v. Wade , and we are already living through the damaging effects of that ruling.
SCOTUS isn’t expected to issue a ruling until July, but we must prepare to fight back.
Our job is simple: We cannot let Donald Trump return to the White House where he will have four years to nominate another ultra-conservative, extremist judge to the United States Supreme Court.
We don’t know yet how SCOTUS will rule on a potential nationwide ban on mifepristone, but we do know that if Donald Trump is given the chance, he will seat another ultra-conservative judge on the bench who will issue rulings based on their extremist views, not the law.
The road to the White House runs straight through Michigan, which means we have an important job this year.
