Evening with Labor is first and foremost a chance to gather with labor movement partners from across the DC and Maryland region and celebrate our wins and progress together.
This year we are excited to welcome longtime TV news reporter Sam Ford as our Master of Ceremonies. Ford will bring us together and lead the evening's program.
The centerpiece of the night is always our Evening with Labor Awards. This year we look forward to honoring Chris Biondi of Plumbers & Gasfitters Local 5, the DC Nurses Association, the Washington-Baltimore News Guild, Déjah Désirée Williams, Dena Briscoe of APWU Local 140, and Emiliana Sparaco, of NPEU/IFPTE Local 70 with the 2024 Awards.
