I just wrapped up a meeting with my team and wanted to keep you updated on what we’re working on.
The biggest thing we decided: We’ve nailed down our communications strategy for the November election – and decided on a $100,000 vote by mail campaign.
We already had our work cut out for us, and Trump’s mere presence on the ballot means we need to double down.
Hence, our ambitious mail program. My finance team is working overtime this week to cover the cost of this program and get a check to the printers to pay for it, but I’m turning to you, our loyal grassroots supporters, to help us.
Our End of Quarter deadline is coming up on Sunday at midnight, and we have to hit our goal by then so we can make our first payment for our mail program. Can I count on you to make a contribution right now and help us support Democrats around the state?

We’ve spent every day since 2022 investing in our party infrastructure: through a candidate and staff training series with the Democratic Party of Illinois, through our annual Boot Camp training with the National Democratic Training Committee, and through ongoing field and communication support to Democratic campaigns around our state.
But if we want to ensure we can build upon all of this work and win in November, we need to follow through on our strategies. If we raise $15,000 from digital, we should be on track to cover the cost of our mail program. Can you make a contribution right now before the End of Quarter deadline on Sunday at midnight?
