Let's talk about Reproductive rights.

Kim Reynolds and her extremist friends are on the wrong side of history. They are fighting to ban abortion care, restrict access to IVF, and pass a slew of anti-choice policies.

Just a few weeks ago, in Alabama, we saw what it looks like when a state encourages extremist policies. In a sweeping decision by the Alabama Supreme Court, all embryos in Alabama were given the same rights as a child from the moment of conception.

In-vitro fertilization (IVF) treatments were halted immediately in the state. Families, many of whom had no other way to grow their family, were left in limbo. Unable to receive care or move their embryos out of state to continue their treatment.

Luckily for Alabamians, my friend Anthony Daniels, a Democrat, is a member of the state legislature and was able to fight to protect IVF treatments and to pass a law that allows families to continue growing.

Even in deep red states, we need Democrats who will fight for our rights.

Our movement is facing a new, strong-conservative opponent. We cannot count on him to fight for our rights, families, or community. We need more Democrats in the state legislature, not less.
