John,

We need immigration solutions that reflect the welcome that so many
Americans and American communities already demonstrate.

Our ability to welcome immigrants and fully integrate them into our
society is one of America's greatest strengths and has helped us
thrive - native-born and immigrants alike.

I've seen this spirit of welcome in my own community here in Arizona,
as churches and faith-based organizations are partnering with the
government to assist asylum-seekers seeking temporary refuge in our
communities before moving on to their next destination. I've also seen
this welcome through the essential services and support that
organizations like Neighborhood Ministries, Immigrant Hope Mesa and
Phoenix Refugee Connections are providing immigrants and refugees
looking to make Arizona their home.

That's why "welcome" is a key component of our recently launched
****"A Better Way Forward: 2024 Immigration Principles."****
 We
need elected leaders and candidates to prioritize policies that welcome
newcomers, not turn them away.

**We're pushing these principles to a wide audience, and we need your
support. Will you consider making a gift to support our end-of-quarter
fundraising efforts? Your generous gift today will help the Forum extend
and expand our work for a better way forward on immigration.**

That means welcoming newcomers through words and actions. When we
welcome immigrants humanely, we all can benefit, strengthening our
communities, creating prosperity and honoring the humanity of people
seeking safety and a better life.

We are all stronger when we can come together and create a more
welcoming place for all.

**Support our efforts for more welcoming and secure immigration
solutions and to build a better way forward on immigration.**

With appreciation,

Adam Estle
