A judge of the State Bar Court of California has just recommended that John Eastman be disbarred for his role in trying to overturn the 2020 presidential election.

LDAD filed a detailed ethics complaint against Mr. Eastman in December, 2021. If you want to see the quality of our work that helped inform the CA disciplinary authorities, click here.

You may have signed onto our letter of support for the New York disciplinary complaint that we filed against Rudy Giuliani, who has now been suspended in New York and DC. And we filed the principal public complaint against Jeffrey Clark in DC, whose disciplinary hearing began this week.
