It’s game time, John –

During the legislative session, I was patron to a dozen bills sent to the governor’s office. One of which is a historic bill to create a fair, safe, retail marijuana market in Virginia. But now Governor Youngkin is threatening to veto the bill as we approach our critical end of quarter fundraising deadline. I need your help to hit our goal to raise $1,000 before the quarter ends so we have the resources to respond and show the commonwealth the strength of our movement – will you step up now with an $10 contribution?

END OF QUARTER CHAMPIONSHIP
End of Quarter Championship goal

This legislative session was a major success. I was proud to patron bills that defend voting rights, uplift Virginia’s workforce, and bolster our economy.

My marijuana bill would create major opportunities for Virginia small business owners and farmers to benefit from a massive new market in our economy. But Governor Glenn Youngkin is instead threatening to veto the legislation. In football, we call this pass interference. But in Youngkin’s world, it’s just another day on the job – blocking key legislation that would strengthen Virginia and move us forward.

What happens now is up to you, John. A contribution of $10, $25, or $50 will make a big difference in sending a message to the Republican governor that the people of Virginia support my bill. It will also help us hit our goal of raising $1k before the quarter ends. Will you chip in to help move us closer to getting key legislation like this to the endzone?
