For many families in Central Asia, food insecurity is a constant. Most are cut off from help — and have very little access to the message of hope.

When a local Unto^® team member heard about a widow in her community who was struggling, she wanted to help. She brought meals to the mother and all three of her intellectually disabled children. Our team member also had the opportunity to share the message of Jesus.

The women and her children listened intently, and each made a decision to respond. “They prayed with all their hearts,” our team member shared. “God can work through meals, so I am always thinking about who we can visit and help.”
