Dear John,
This is Jonathan, we had an important day yesterday at the U.S. Supreme Court. We are also working on a major new educational project. Want to make sure you saw this email below that we sent earlier today. Please invest in our faith, family and freedom work by Sunday to help us cover the costs of our faith and freedom protecting work!

This week I was at the U. S. Supreme Court for a major Texas court case we are involved in and supporting (along with Texas Values team member Mary Elizabeth Castle). The Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) is wrongly trying to remove of major safety protections for pregnant women who use abortion drugs mifepristone and misoprostol (chemical abortion drugs). This case was originally filed in Amarillo, Texas federal court. Most abortions are now “chemical abortions” and many young women are having these shipped to them in the mail, making it hard to watch for fraud and targeting of vulnerable Texas women. Texas Values legal and policy team members showed up with our legal and policy expertise and we signed onto a legal amicus brief that was filed at the U. S. Supreme Court. 1 in 25 Women will go to the hospital if they ingest these abortion pills. We must protect women and babies from the deadly dosage that should have more federal restrictions and even be banned in the state of Texas."
While at the Supreme Court we appeared in several major media interviews to tell the correct facts on this life and death issue. My twenty (20) years of legal experience allows us to be a smart and important voice for this issue in the media and for Texans! We also used our longtime relationships and credibility to amplify and multiply the voice of other important and like-minded experts and pro-life leaders.
Please donate today so your trusted Texas Values team and your pro-life values can continue to have a voice in Texas and at the U. S. Supreme Court.
