Abortion is under attack in America.

In less than two years, since Roe v. Wade was overturned, we've watched our country be pushed backward to an era of extreme bans, dangerous policies, and attacks on patients and doctors. In my home state, abortion is now banned after a mere 15 weeks. But evidently, that already extreme, unpopular ban wasn't enough for Ron DeSantis: He's also signed a six-week ban, which could take effect in the next few months.

We're seeing a similar story play out in states across the country. Far-right legislators are pushing bills to criminalize abortion procedures, threaten doctors, undermine access to birth control, ban interstate travel to access abortion care, and so much more. The Alabama Supreme Court has even issued a ruling that jeopardizes access to IVF treatment!

Now, Rick Scott and his extreme allies are scheming to ban abortions nationwide.

The Republican Party is wildly out of step with the American public — and they know it. That's why they're working overtime to block a new ballot initiative that would give voters the chance to restore reproductive rights here in Florida.

The 2024 elections will mark a turning point in this fight. This November is our chance to defend and strengthen our pro-choice majority in the Senate. But it's also Rick Scott's chance to become the GOP Senate Majority Leader and ban abortions nationwide.

I'm running to defeat Rick Scott, protect our Senate majority, and restore abortion access across the country. A brand new poll shows that our campaign has pulled ahead as Rick Scott's approval ratings continue to plummet. But he's already shelling out millions in attack ads to retake the lead. So I'm personally asking: Please, will you rush $5 right now to help me defend reproductive freedoms in Florida and across the country? This race will very likely determine Senate control, so we cannot afford to take any chances.
