Mississippians In D.C.
Last week, I met with Supervisors Scott Berry and Brad Calhoun of Rankin County and Mayor Jake Windham of Pearl. I’m thankful to have great local leaders and enjoyed discussing how my work in Congress can be helpful to local communities.
I enjoyed giving students from Mississippi State University’s Stennis Montgomery Association a tour of the Capitol and answering their questions about how our republic operates. As Benjamin Franklin reminded us, “It’s a republic, if you can keep it.”
Pushing Back on the Biden Administration’s Green Energy Disasters
House Republicans have been pushing back on Biden’s radical green energy agenda. I am committed to protecting American energy and industry and stopping the unnecessary regulations that the Biden Administration is placing on the American people.
Military Academy Day
I am honored to host my 2024 Military Academy Day at Brandon High School this year on April 20th. Check out my video to learn more about participating.
Mississippi on the National Stage
I’m excited to see Starkville and Bay St. Louis in the running for best small town in the South. I’m especially proud to represent Starkville - Mississippi’s College Town. Read more here.
Serving Mississippians at Home
My staff recently held a Constituent Services Day in Neshoba County. I’m thankful to have a dedicated team that works hard serving Mississippians. Be on the lookout for a Constituent Services Day in your area soon.
Celebrating Easter
I hope that you and your family have a wonderful Easter this year. I am thankful to have time with my family to celebrate Christ’s rising from the dead. Because Christ died and rose again, we have an opportunity for eternal life.
