The auto industry is investing heavily into electric vehicles and it’s all thanks to President Biden passing the Inflation Reduction Act. Seriously, electric vehicles have never been more popular in Oakland County!
But right now Donald Trump is firing off a word salad from his podium on the campaign trail pretending that he understands how the auto industry works.
I will not take my cues from Trump or his MAGA cronies who did everything in their power during his presidency to prohibit American auto manufacturers from growing our electric vehicle technology.
It doesn’t surprise me one bit that Trump is the oil and gas industry’s number one choice for President. But mark my words, all of the progress we’ve made will be reversed if he takes back the White House.
