I'm excited to share the news—New American Leaders' CEO and President, Ghida Dagher, has been recognized by The 19th as one of the six women leading the movement to diversify our democracy! 

Women like Ghida are the future of our democracy. From organizing and advocating for their families and friends to empowering their networks, they are the backbones of our communities, our country, and our democracy. And here at New American Leaders, we are committed to supporting women at every stage of their leadership journey. 

Through our one of a kind Ready to Lead® and Ready to Win® trainings, we help New American women (including Ghida, a Ready to Lead® and Ready to Win® 2015 alum!) share their powerful immigrant stories, connect with voters, and develop strategies that create systemic change. But we cannot do this democracy-strengthening work alone.

This Women's History Month, please join our movement by donating $25, $50, $100 or whatever you can in honor of a New American woman who inspires you!

Your donation will go directly toward our work to support New American women like Ghida and other inspiring NALpista women like Colorado State Representative Naquetta Ricks, Bentonville, Arkansas City Councilmember Gayatri Agnew,  New York City Councilmember and Majority Leader Amanda Farias, and so many others.
