Dear Judicial Watch Member,
As Joe Biden's criminal failure to secure our
borders creates chaos across the country, I am asking you to make
a
special contribution today to help Judicial Watch as we open
a new front in this critical fight for America and the rule of
law.
Judicial Watch filed its first lawsuit challenging open borders policies
in 2005, and we have never stoppped fighting for enforcement of our laws
against illegal immigration!
And last Friday, we filed a Georgia Open Records Act lawsuit
against the University of Georgia Police Department for audio of any 911
call about 22 year-old nursing student Laken Riley who was assaulted and
murdered on the university campus on February 22nd, allegedly by illegal
alien Jose Antonio Ibarra.
We also are demanding the Police Department release Ibarra's initial
arrest report, as required under Georgia law.
Laken Riley's tragic apparent murder by an illegal alien has put the
national spotlight squarely on the dreadful human toll of Joe
Biden's politically-driven, open borders policies!
And it is fair to ask...how many more must die, Mr.
President?
Judicial Watch's historic multi-year lawsuit in San Francisco,
challenging its "sanctuary" policy that led directly to the shooting death
of another young American woman at the hands of an illegal alien,
led to serious reforms in that city.
And with
your support now, we will use the legal system and the courts to expose
the truth about Laken Riley's murder...despite the many political forces
that wish to suppress the facts about what happened.
Judicial Watch has successfully challenged state and local governments
over tuition benefits for illegal aliens, and investigated other policies
and programs that improperly use taxpayer funds to support illegal aliens
with our borders.
And we are now suing the Biden administration for public records related
to their criminal failure to secure our borders and their cooperation with
radical groups that are part of the massive Soros open-borders
network.
Your
contribution now will help us make sure we can continue to pursue our
independent investigations and lawsuits that fight for the American
people’s “right to know” and the rule of law...including
our laws against illegal immigration.
Thank you for your interest in Judicial Watch. I
hope you will help us today in fighting for the security of our
borders, for the rule of law, and for our nation's sovereignty.
Sincerely,
Thomas Fitton President
