Maggie’s List is proud to announce the endorsement of Caroleene Dobson for Alabama’s 2^nd Congressional District in the Primary Runoff Election to be held on April 16, 2024.

Caroleene Dobson is a distinguished attorney, wife, mother, District Two resident and a lifelong advocate for conservative values seeking the Republican nomination for Alabama's Second Congressional District.

Currently practicing real estate law at the Maynard Nexsen law firm, Dobson represents a diverse clientele, including homebuilders, retailers, small business owners and private landowners. She has spent her career advocating for her client’s interests while also achieving tangible, positive outcomes. In Congress, she will hold true to her core conservative values while ensuring Washington D.C. is working for the people of District Two.

Dobson is a member of the Alabama Forestry Commission, an active member of the Federalist Society and serves on the Board of the Southeastern Livestock Exposition.

As a candidate, Caroleene Dobson embodies the values of hard work, family and faith. Her candidacy will bring a vital combination of agricultural roots, legal experience and commitment to conservative values to the Second Congressional District.

Maggie's List is thrilled to announce our new Arkansas chair, June Wood.

About June Wood

June Wood currently serves on the NFRW Legislative and Research Committee and is a member of the NFRW Regents. June also serves as the Second Vice Chair of the Republican Party of Arkansas, the First Vice Chair of Washington County Republican Committee, the fundraising Chair of the Washington County Lincoln Day Dinner and a member of the African American Coalition of Arkansas. In 2020-2022, June was the President of The Washington County Republican Women and Candidate for National Committeewoman. In 2015 & 2017, June was a two-term Washington County Judge Co-Campaign Manager.

June Wood has been a resident of Fayetteville, AR for 27 years, a real estate agent with Bassett Mix & Associates, employed with Procter & Gamble, a Board Member of NWA Ballet Theatre and a dance mom for 15 years.

June Wood has been married to the Arkansas State Chairman Judge Joseph for 31 years. They have three daughters Candace, J’la and Paris. They have two sons-in-law and three grandchildren and are members of Life Church of Little Rock.

About Congressman Mark Amodei

Mark E. Amodei (R-NV) has served as the U.S. Representative for Nevada’s Second Congressional District since 2011. He is a member of the House Appropriations Committee and serves on the Financial Services, Legislative Branch and Interior subcommittees. Since 2023, he has served as Chairman of the Legislative Branch Subcommittee. He served as chairman of the Nevada Republican Party until May 2011. From 2007 to 2008, Mark was the President of the Nevada Mining Association. In Congress, Mark also serves on the Congressional Western Caucus, Army Caucus, Congressional Joint Strike Fighter Caucus, USO Caucus, Veterans Job Caucus, Italian American Caucus, Conservative Climate Caucus, Travel and Tourism Caucus, Public Broadcasting Caucus, Postal Preservation Caucus and ALS Caucus.

Mark is close to his family and has two adult daughters, Erin and Ryanne. Amodei enjoys working on his old trucks, do-it-yourself projects and exploring Nevada history.

About Congressman Aaron Bean

Representative Aaron Bean was elected to the House of Representatives in 2022 and proudly represents the people of the 4th District in Northeast Florida. He began his legislative service as City Commissioner and Mayor of his hometown of Fernandina Beach, Florida in 1996. In 2000, Bean was first elected to the Florida House of Representatives and served eight years. In the Florida Senate, Aaron presided as Senate President Pro Tempore and Chairman of the Appropriations Subcommittee on Health and Human Services overseeing over one-third of the Florida budget.

Aaron and his wife, Abby, reside in Fernandina Beach.

About Congressman Lloyd Smucker

Lloyd Smucker is a representative from Pennsylvania's 11th congressional district. Rep. Smucker is fighting to support America's free enterprise system, to expand apprenticeships and technical education opportunities for students, and help hardworking Americans save for retirement. Prior to being elected to Congress, Rep. Smucker owned and operated the Smucker Company for 25 years until 2008, and grew the small business to eventually employ more than 150 people. He served two terms in the Pennsylvania State Senate where he chaired the Committee on Education.
